Since last week I started to exercise early in the morning like jogging inside the house. I jump for 16 counts and stretching. I do sit ups for 16 counts too. At first it is so hard but I determined to flatten my tummy. Through exercising you can become healthy and your blood circulates unlike you are not doing exercise. You will feel weak and lazy. That’s my experience and now I decided to do it regularly as part of my daily routine. I enjoy doing it, so why not try guys!
