It has been a wonderful experience. I learned a lot about
cooking techniques at the advanced cooking workshop initiated by the community
leaders here in our village. Chef from a well known hotel here in our town conducted
the workshop. Each participant had a chance to a one on one hands on demo using
the new kitchen tools introduced by the chef. And while the workshop is
ongoing, every one of us has an exercise related to what he is teaching us. At
the end of our one day workshop, all got a certificate of attendance. It was
indeed a successful event.
